According to Internet sources QQ Messenger initially uses ports 8000 and 8001. If these are blocked by a system administrator using a firewall, QQ Messenger the tries to use port 443 and port 80..
That can be a problem. If you block port 80, you effectively block all Internet web access - your borowser will stop showing web sites.
